Barn Conversion Consent Granted

Ben Parsons Design have successfully negotiated Listed Building Consent and Planning to sensitively extend an historic barn conversion set within open countryside in Upper Brailes, South Warwickshire.

A restrained, contemporary oak clad extension with zinc roof is proposed for the north side of the building with large glazed openings and rooflights. Work is due to be completed in 2012.
