Planning Success in Little Aston

BPD have secured Planning Permission for 5 detached houses overlooking open countryside in Little Aston.

The houses are designed to achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Each house is designed with large openings on the southerly side with extremely high levels of insulation in floors, external walls and roofs and triple glazed windows and doors. The houses will use whole house heat recovery with efficient heating incorporating residual heat from boiler exhaust gases being recycled. Energy optimisation controls will be fitted to each house with rain and grey water recycling.

Sustainable and locally sourced materials will be used.
