Wyvern Road, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield

We were asked to produce a design and manage the building works on this house on Wyvern Road in Four Oaks in Sutton Coldfield. Along with making general updates, we extensively reconfigured the ground and first floors to create a light-filled family space with access to the garden.

The first floor was re-planned with a new bedroom and relocation/extension of the master bedroom with dressing room and a larger ensuite.

We also introduced a staircase from first to second floor and planned a new loft conversion with a large bedroom, bathroom and play area/gym.
