Tamworth Road, Sutton Coldfield

A modern take on a traditional form with this series of extensions designed to complement the original building on Tamworth Road in Sutton Coldfield.

To the rear, Crittal style doors open onto a new stone tiled patio with an oriel window with bay seating. Matching brickwork gables are introduced to create new bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a pitched standing seam zinc roof spans over the new ground floor extension.

A full green retro-fit is planned with high levels of insulation, mechanical ventilation, air source heat pump and solar PV/battery storage.
