Sutton Coldfield project under construction

Planning permission for this home in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield was granted earlier this year and work is now underway. The changes to this 1930s Streather house include front and rear extensions, as well as a loft conversion for new bedrooms and a cinema room. A new luxurious master suite now fills one side of the first floor with a total of 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The extensions blend with the original design and enhance its overall aesthetic. Mercia have been appointed to deliver this project, and its great to be working with them again.
