Wentworth Road, Four Oaks Estate

We were asked to sympathetically extend this house (one of the original houses on the estate and a fine Arts and Crafts example) in order to realise its full potential including best use of the fantastic mature garden.

We have extensively enlarged the property including side and rear extensions along with a new basement and pool house and gym within the grounds. The extensions are designed to be in keeping and follow the ethos of the existing building. A subordinate side extension is planned with ‘hidden’ vehiclular access to the basement level and two storey extensions to the rear with single storey infil.

A loft level is also proposed along with the basement parking (with turntable), wine cellar and games room.
